The Lighting Horizontal Angle defines the location of the light source relative to the Cartesian coordinate system.

It has a range of 0° to 180° where:

•0° is from the East.

•180° is from the West.

The Lighting Horizontal Angle in conjunction with the Lighting Vertical Angle define the Light Location.
