The Dam Breach Model uses the HLL Riemann Solver to solve the Riemann condition at Element boundaries.

is the velocity in the x direction

is a reconstruction of on the left side of the Element edge

is the wave speed estimate to the left of the Element edge

is the wave speed estimate to the right of the Element edge
