Use the Flow Boundary to specify a known flow.

Parameters are:

•Start Time

•Flow at the corresponding start time

•Valid Time Intervals

The Flow Boundary is only applied:

•If no Valid Time Intervals are defined; or the

•Model time corresponds to a Valid Time Interval.
